Extremely upset with the service we received at this store. We ordered a mattress on September 1st (an almost $4,000 mattress), we were told that it would be delivered October 1st. When it was not delivered, I called the store and was always told "it should be delivered any day, just keep an eye out for a confirmation email". I called probably once a week to get an update, no one could tell me anything. We figured it was a supply chain related delay so we would give it some more time. Come November, I started to call the store again. NO ONE could tell me what the heck was going on, I finally started to get upset due to inconsistent communication; I am normally very patient and fair. Come December, I call the store again & apparently my order is no where to be found...something about them changing computer systems and I was "the one ordered that fell through the cracks". So here we are, two months over due for our mattress delivery, with no order in sight. During this time I even had issues with staff & management calling me back for an update! Quite ridiculous. When I we finally got a confirmation for delivery on JANUARY 7th, I asked the store manager for a discount or some type of compensation. He stated that he could throw in a few pillows, I said I do not need any pillows & that I would greatly appreciate a cash discount. He stated that we had already been given a discount at purchase, & I replied to this by saying "oh you mean the first responder discount?" he stated yes. HOW IS SOMEONE GOING TO USE THAT TYPE OF DISCOUNT AGAINST A FIRST RESPONDER? Uncalled for.
He finally settled on a $200 discount "when the mattress gets delivered" & he would put this back onto my account. Not sure how he got how $200 would be acceptable from an almost $4,000 purchase and a three month delay, but at this point I was done.
The mattress was FINALLY delivered on January 7th. After this, I confirmed that it was delivered so I could get my pitiful $200 reimbursement. Fast forward to today, & I still don't have the reimbursement
